And comfortzone does matter. Of course, PH is the one to decide kiss karwana hain ki nahi, but an actor might refuse to.

Yash-Mamta Pattanaik's older show Rang Badalti Odhani had a LOT of intimate scenes between Karan Tacker and Yashashri Masurkar, including a cheat kiss scene (that was almost a kiss). So, never know...

Many PH have refused that not to show directly but camera angle

And broadcasting department has also but borderline from shows to advertisements
