She wears a lot of rings on right hand. Astrology i believe. On left hand she wears only one - the engagement one. She adds fashion jewelry ring at times. Here-

It is Kunal's actual ring 😆

They made a blunder though, you can see him wearing it in the pre-lockdown episodes. Post-lockdown he wears heavy rings in party/ special episodes. After engagement he's wearing it full time, Kunal's actual ring. It is the same one he's wearning pre-lockdown.

Aneri always has three on her right hand, idk if it the character or herself. For special occassions she wears some huge ring (heavy accessory types) on the left. Prani's also wearing the engagement ring full time after that.

Like you girls said, there hasn't been any focus on it yet.

I checked and in all scenes, both are wearing engagement rings including the latest one.. it means CVS didn't forget their engagement yet...just put it on hold...
