Raman was hugging Ishita when he heard her stomach growling.
He broke the hug and she look down in embarrassment.
Raman-mere bachche ko bhookh lagi hai naa??
Ishita-nahi,itni nahi lagi.pata nahi kyun yeh pet itna shor kar raha hai,bhukkhad kahin ka,mujhe embarrass kar raha hai,she said holding her tummy making him laugh at her cuteness.
Ishita-stop laughing ,Raman.
Raman-then stop being so cute,baby.he said and took her in side hug.
Ishita-mujhe sachchi bhookh nahi lagi hai .
Raman-i do trust u.achcha bolo ,kahin ghoomne chala jaaye.
Ishita-jaise ??
Raman-jaise shopping,let's go and pick something for u.
Ishita-nahi,I don't feel like going .aap mere liye kuch achcha saa kharidiye,apni pasand ka .
Raman-ok ,I will pick up something for u ,meri khud ki pasand ka .he said caressing her cheek lovingly.
Ishita-bahut khush lag rahen hai.
Raman-kyunki hoon,can I share something with u??
Ishita-ofcourse.
Raman-its about shagun and me.he said hesitantly.
Ishita -aap mujhse kuch bhi share kar sakte hai ,Raman.aisa koi bhi ehsaas nahi hona chahiye,joh aap feel karein aur mujhe pata naa ho .even if it's about shagun .
Raman smiled and said-thats why I love u so much .tum mujhe sabse achche se samjhti ho.he said sitting in her chair while she settled in his lap .
Raman-tumhe pata hai,mujhe karwachauth bahut achcha lagta hai, hamesha se,jis tarah yeh pati-patni ke pyaar ko badhata hai,I always wanted to feel this magic of love,but shagun ke saath aisa kuch nahi hua.she was not at all interested in keeping fast for me.main bhi usse bhookha rehne ke liye force nahi karta tha,but I really wanted her to do it for me.but she never did aur yeh khwahish adhuri reh gayi,but with u ,tumhare meri zindagi mein aane se meri saari khwahishen puri ho rahin hai,so thank u for this.thank u for making me feel special .
Ishita smiled hearing him and said-aap special ho ,raman.bahut special,sabse special.meri jaan ho aap,main shayad bayaan nahi kar sakti ki aap kya maayne rakhte hai mere liye,bas itna samajh lijiye,yeh har prayer ka answer aap ho,aapki yeh muskaan hai .she said cupping his face making him smile widely.
Ishita-i love u Raman.
Raman-love u too,jaan.he said and she rested her head on his shoulder.both closed their eyes to live the moment.
They were lost in each other when someone knock the door .ishita got up from his lap and called the person in.
Nurse walked inside and said-doctor,ek emergency hai .ek lady stairs se gir gayi hai aur unhe bleeding start ho gayi hai,last trimester hai.
Ishita -ok ,I am coming.she said and nurse walked out.
Ishita-raman,I think mujhe time lagne wala hai,aap ghar jaiye.ruhi aur mummy ji wait kar rahin hongi.
Raman-main rukta hoon naa,tum akele kaise aaogi??
Ishita-main aa jaungi,aap ghar jaa kar mummy ji ki help kijiye,warna unhe sab akele karna padega .
Raman kissed her temple and said-ok,but jaldi aana.koi problem hogi toh call me.
Ishita-jab aap saath hai,toh problem kaisi .main aa jaungi,don't forget to pick the gift for me.
Raman-nahi bhoolunga,he said and walked out while ishita went to check the pateint.
Raman went to a jewellery shop and start looking for some elegant necklace for ishita.
After searching for an hour,he picked a diamond set for ishita,along with bangles for toshiji and earrings for ruhi.he settled the bill and walked out happily .
Soon he reached home and showed the gifts for everyone.toshiji got happy seeing him too happy and blessed him.
After that they start preparing for the puja .
Soon it was evening,puja started ,everyone reached while ishita was still in hospital.raman was trying her phone but she wasn't answering him.so he called on the reception and got to know that she is in the surgery.
Raman-kitna time lagega??
Rec-cant tell ,sir,but abhi time lagega.
Raman-aap meri baat kara dijiye ishita se ek baar.
Rec-aap please wait kijiye,main baat karati hoon.saying so she hung up the call and after two minutes called him from mobile.
He picked the phone and heard ishita's voice-kya hua raman??
Raman-tum kaisi ho,phone bhi nahi utha rahin.i was really worried for u.
Ishita-main thik hoon,raman.sorry hamara pehle karwachauth hai aur main pahunch nahi paa rahin,but case bahut complicated hai .
Raman-its ok jaan,kisi ki jaan jyada precious hai .main keh raha tha tum kuch kha lo,atleast paani pi lo.
Ishita-yeh kya keh rahen hai??yeh mera pehla karwachauth hai,main isse kharab nahi hone dungi.
Raman-please jaan,tum kaam kar rahin ho,u need energy.
Ishita-main bilkul thi hoon,aur bahut jaldi aapke paas pahunchane wali hoon.aap hi mera vrat kholenge,yeh opportunity main jaane nahi dungi.she said and hung up the call .
Raman look at the almighty and prayed for ishita's well-being.
Soon everyone was on the terrace looking at the moon and doing the puja while Raman was still waiting for ishita to come.
Raman look at the phone again and said-kahan ho tum ,jaan.kitni der ho rahin hai ,ab toh aao.he was thinking looking at the sky when his phone rang.
He smiled seeing her number and said picking the phone-kahan ho jaan,I am waiting for u.sab log puja kar rahen hai,aur main akele bewakoof ki tarah khada hoon.he said complaining cutely.
Ishita-sorry Raman,I am on the way.pehle hi nikalna chahti thi,but case itna difficult tha,I couldn't leave.
Raman-its ok,I do understand.do logon ki jaan ka sawaal tha.
Ishita-do nahi teen,uss lady ko twins hue.she said smiling.
Raman-very good,ab tum aa jao.dheere dheere aana,koi bahut jaldi nahi hai.tabiyat thik hai tumhari??
Ishita-fine,just thirsty .
Raman-ok ,come soon.he was saying when he heard huge noise ,followed by her scream and then everything was silent.
Raman-ishita,ishita,tum thik ho naa.jawaab do mujhe,ishita bolo .he was saying but didn't got any answer.he look at everyone and ran out of the place to reach her while everyone got shocked seeing Raman running out.
Toshiji-kya ho gaya ,bhalla ji.raman kahan gaya??
Mr bhalla-pata nahi,kuch ishita ka naam le kar keh raha tha.ishita puttar thik toh hai naa,he said making toshiji and everyone scared.
Toshiji-hey matarani,ishita ko kuch nahi hona chahiye,usse safe rakhna .she prayed and all went downstairs behind Raman,but he was gone before they reach .
Mr bhalla tried to call Raman but his phone was busy as he was trying her call again and again.
Tears start rolling down his eyes and he start praying for her while he was remembering her honest love confession .
Raman closed his eyes and prayed-please matarani,meri ishita ko thik rakhiyega.bahut pyaar karta hoon main usse,nahi jee paaunga uske bina.he was praying and driving when his eyes fell on many cars got banged into each other while a truck was into a white honda.
His heart stopped as it was ishita's car and it was crushed badly under the car.
He stopped the car and get out of the car .he ran to the cops standing there and asked signalling towards the car -where is the girl which was inside the car??he asked scared.
Cops turn to him and asked-who r u??
Raman-her. Her husband,he said while words choked into his mouth.
Cops look at each other and one of them said-sorry sir,but she died on spot.she suffered a brain heamorage,he said and Raman got shocked.he got disbalanced and sat on the ground.
He hold his hand on his head and remembered the time he left her hand to let her go for the operation .he couldn't control himself and cried vigorously and screamed,ishita.
Ishita was sitting in a corner denying for water when she heard his scream.she look around and saw him sitting in the road and crying hugging himself .
Raman-kyun mujhe chod kar chali gayi,jaanti ho naa,ab tumhare bina jeene ki aadat nahi rahi.kehti thi ki main sabse jyada important hoon,toh phir mujhse puche bina kaise chali gayi .ab main kaise sambhalunga sabko,ruhi ko,maa ko,papa ko,khud ko.kyun gayi,nahi jaana tha,main nahi jaane dunga,he was saying when he heard her voice calling him.
He raised his head and look around ,and found her sitting in a corner.her clothes was full of blood while a doctor was bandaging her forehead which got a wound.
He smiled in between his tears seeing her and got up.she tried to get up but couldn't as her legs have wounds too .he ran to her and before she could say anything,he took her in his arms.
He picked her in his arms and said-tum thik ho naa,dara diya tha mujhe .aise koi karta hai kya??he said dropping kisses all over her face while ishita just close her eyes feeling safe in his arms.
