It isn't shravan is a weak person but he simply can't see her hurting or in anyway uska sir chota hona in front of her family. Aaj he clearly said his dad considers him gadha anyway but her family especially vijay uncle really have hope for her. Another thing is he has actually developed a very deep sense of respect and adoration for Col tiwari rightly so barring that one episode Col has been the only person Who really encouraged shravan not ridiculed or berated him for having different thoughts. He isn't weak, but I find it sad that he has such low self-esteem in some ways.....yeah he otherwise shows a lot of bluster in trying to be cheerful but all these years of having his father call him and idiot/gadha have definitely lowered his self-esteem to some extent. He is willing to be dismissed and demeaned by his father because he's so used to it now....and he puts Sumo on a pedestal - looks up to her.....so he's willing to lower his own self-respect (which he seems to consider worthless in many ways to begin with) so that Sumo never has to face any trouble.

Their approaches to problems are very different right now....Shravan is still in the mindset of trying to avoid facing the problems head on while Sumo wants to tackle things directly now that she's accepted this love. Once she accepts something, she's all in.....while Shravan seems to become more cautious in some ways.

He does respect Vijay a lot but this is first and foremost all about protecting Sumo for him.

One other thought that just occurred to me....maybe Devraj has found out about Shravan-Sumo and devised this method to send Shravan away to the US quickly in order to seperate them. Warna yeh out of the blue announcement abhi kyun? Yeah Shravan did talk about eventually going to the US but Devraj seems to be springing this right now and reason might be Sumo.

Bold hmmm could be it too. Though devraj being so very sort off suddenly gives me michmichi but khair dekhte hai. Or maybe galat time pe zayada pyaar aagaya bete pe and proactive hoke uska sapna pura karne chale.

LOL oh god yes....but worse was her VOICE *cringe*😆 I did initially try to make sense of her character but maine bhi jaldi give up kar diya tha....only continued watching a bit for Sid but then Namit ke limitations also became obvious soon enough😆

Yes, Papa Tiwari/Prabhakar are the only common link otherwise there is a lot of difference between the two shows in terms of treatment also.

Truthfully saying both sets of actors for both his previous shows were pretty below average. Younger version were better still but older ones the less said the better.

I have been soo surprised by how well KK MK have performed their parts. As u guys pointed even side actors have done a good job like kancha bunty even both the fathers. Teenage wala phase toh seriously MK KK did an amazing job to show the innocence happiness they felt being in love. Also story has been written in a better manner definitely. 80 episode mark has been crossed but largely sumo shravan have been all about teenage love which is quite the feat to survive this long in a meaningful manner on teenage love story premise.

It looks more like Devraj will only manage to delay Vijay for now so that the deal can be signed...this won't be the scene where Vijay dies....I guess the deal has to go through for the faulty jackets to then be available for Vijay to put on then die that way......woh toh baad mein once Vijay is dead, suspicion will turn to Devraj for these shady dealings he did to get his deal through - even if he didn't pay anyone to kill Vijay, he will end up being an indirect cause cuz of the deal. So yes, I expect Shravan to feel quite devastated about the fact that his father had some hand in this.

Oh so Shravan pitne bhi wala hai family ke haathon? LOL full Majnu mode hokar hi niklega I guess. Haan it may be that he will try to meet Sumo but she will be in a numb state and might misunderstand later that he abandoned her.

Anyways, for now toh main thing to see is how Vijay's death happens.....looks like it might be in the early half of next week. Maybe they will release a new promo this weekend for this big high point coming up.

My main intrigue is also how vijay dies uske baad hi kuch aage ka soch kar sense Barnegat warna sab hawa hai 😆 what a birthday for shravan this will be kabhi nahi bjollega like literally 😆

@AY Yeah they both deal with issues very differently and sumo since she has confessed she has been all in which has been shown in rather simple but sweet moments. Like coming to his house at night to dress his would or going for a bike ride date with him despite having a class. Yeah they didn't intentionally miss it but risk toh tha hi. Even her saving his seat is show of how once she is into it she is all in. She really meant it when she all those days ago told shravan ek baar keh diya toh done set deal.

Yeah it's sad to see how his self esteem has been hurt over the years even in the past he mentioned that he was good at sports woh bhi leliya usse. Hopefully this incident and eventually becoming an officer does something positive on that front. He has grown up with parents where once can't stop criticizing him over everything and the other to compensate for it over pampers him. But then again this is how majority houses do have. Though it's nice how shravan does seem to get annoyed at extra pampering. And apne papa ke samne moh nai kholta utna because his feeling sahi cheez ko bhi galat le lenge.

They had just no variation in acting esp her namit did 5he beginning part kaafi well and he used to do well initially with his dialogues too but afterwards they just dropped the ball so bad I remember watching their last episode and it was like SNS only level with the dead Manish chawdhry and rona dhona🤣🤣

Haha her "Said, Done, Sealed" is one of my fav. catchphrases of hers....she said it way back when she solidified their friendship....but aaj ke epi mein bhi she said it again when her and Shravan were prepping for his final performance report😆

It's a miracle that Shravan hasn't grown up as more messed up given his dysfunctional family....he's still a pretty sorted/sweet guy....but yeah, his self-esteem has taken a bit of a hit....Sumo has essentially given him wings in many ways like his family never could - she encourages him and brings out all his potential....but it remains to be seen how he will now survive in the absence of Sumo.

Oh btw, forgot to respond about Vijay's farewell speech....yeah they gave him quite the "farewell" in a sense today in the last day of class speech as he talked about the importance of a unit and teammates in the Army.....I was feeling bad for poor Sumo who has no idea she's about to lose him soon. They showed some FB of him saying she will make a fine officer one day and that was also bittersweet.

Even his wife Anjali was getting premonition of something bad coming their way but Vijay was so happy about wearing his uniform again, that he was dismissing all her concerns.....

But aww this GIF's and moment this was also such a sweet one and again her big smile she smiles so brightly and dil khulke around shravan.

These moments back then were such sweet ones like tab nai laga itna deep kuch hoga but to now see it all come together this way it's rather surreal and happy feeling:)

Shravan yeah despite growing up in that family he is turned out to be very nice and normal. He isn't a spoilt brat disrespectful nor all rotlu about his life. He seemed to have this great quality of finding his own peace and happiness. Yeah his self esteem has taken a hit but he tries to be jolly jovial hug genuinely even his shararat or lying have never been very harmful. He doesn't seem to wallow in self pity ever as such. Jaisa usne kaha tha na ek baar he dresses up well and shine marna to feel better.
