It is what it is. I have been away from India for a while. We were mostly business people at small level. You have to pay off a variety of types. From what I hear, it is still the same. At KJO level he has to keep a variety of politicians happy. For all you know Knagana might just be a weapon to extract a few crores from him for the next election campaign. Behind the scenes all these politicians are corrupt and everyone knows. It is the cost of doing business -add 10% or so to expenses. I don't know how it is for big companies.

Yup. Every foreign company that comes to India has a bribery budget. It's a well known thing. The only way business can be done is to pay off the right people and pay your respects when required to various politicians. Everyone knows the politicians are all corrupt but there's nothing you can do about it.

It's the same with celebrities. They're harassed and made to heel and the IT Cell and media is used as an attack dog. KJo no doubt must have had some "donations" extracted out of him out of all this SSR madness.

KJO is a perfect businessman + a perfect suck up. He will suck up to the high and mighty political force to keep himself floating. I was finding it funny when people were feeling sympathetic towards the trolling he was subjected to by the same party's supporters and thought he will take a stand for himself and for his industry's image 🤣🤣. Look at the flowery praise...it is not even a customary bday tweet.

Cant wait for the next photo op with the PM with KJO and his companions. LW twitter will be rattled again . 😆 And RW twitter will be like 'we can troll these people as we feel like, ye kaunsa muh kholenge ...lets continue the fun. 😆
