It boggles my mind too.. When SSR's father approached his own State's right-wing establishment begging for justice for his son, it automatically became the right versus the left wing thing..

Rhea's arrest under the sections of Laws drafted under Indian Constitution became a patriarchal, misogynistic thing. Matters not the same sections were slapped on her own brother and other male peddlers..

In future, if/when homicide gets established over depression-induced suicide, it will again be misogyny in play to frame the poor victim Rhea..

So if Law, Forensics and/or any other constitutional statutes and/or scientific/medical procedures pin any female down as alleged perpetrator (imagine the chaos when it gets established beyond a reasonable doubt), then it is misogyny, witch-hunt and patriarchy.

But the same section won't use these words when SSR's sisters are slandered, his family get vilified. Leave aside the living people, the same section doesn't bat an eye when the deceased actor's image is tarnished in an attempt of "white-washing" campaign.. Sure because neither did SSR's sisters fit in the "archetype" of modern/feminist woman like Rhea did , nor did SSR's family fit the bill of being a "middle-class" family like Rhea's family did..

So lets cry feminism, patriarchy, right-wing supporter as per convenience..

Then lets defy the Constitution, Law, Statutes, Medical and Scientific Procedure for the "one" that fits the bill as per one's convenience (political or otherwise).

Exactly. I was surprised that she said whatever she knows doesn’t match with any of the stories that she is coming across in Republic. This comment wasn’t needed as the reporter was just asking general questions and not feeding her with any story. Y did she say that. So was surprised with her reaction.

Yes..

That was a separate/independent report presented by Maharastra Human Right Commission. CBI has summoned the police and Cooper Hospital Staffs (including doctors) separately. CBI will be presenting their findings to the PMO. Based on that report, CBI will/won't be making arrests the next..
