I think these are two different things. Bollywood comprises of lakhs of people -camermen, stuntmen, lights ad special effects, theater boys and now even TV series and streaming services that seek content. This covid has put everyone out of a job.

The stars and directors and richie rich can ride this out and may look at this as a mini vacation-but for those people, some sort of help-package is needed. They should cut out rich people in package. Rhea, SSR are one small part of Bollywood.

They dint speak up bcz they have freedom to do so. They speak up because they have the freedom. It's no crime.

Who is incriminating all ? Only those who names are either given by Rhea or have some association with this case is being called out. Rhea was one who said 80% of Bollywood do drugs. As for Alleged Trafficking nexus, it will be out confirmed soon as homicide would be confirmed within days.

I don't see anyone innocent getting harassed rather people are condemning those who are involved , being summoned n arrested by authorities.

@Bold - That's not called Freedom, that's called Selective outrage when it serves them. They don't see reason behind public's outrage. No one is saying they are committing crime due to their Selective Outrage. Public is reacting to their hypocrisy.

See this video of Nirbhaya 's lawyer. She is speaking things with patience. Public is raising voice against wrong things happening in Bollywood. Jaya Bachchan is funny and cute but always gets negative comments from public. Public mock at her as usual. She is hurt as people are going against Bollywood. Every industry has pros and cons. This industry needs certain reforms. That's it. Otherwise public supports Bollywood and yes it generates employment but has its dark side that needs to be rectified.

SSR is not that important that everyone has to speak about him and the case related to him.

Their lives don't revolve around SSR. People have their own lives to live and will talk when they want or stay silent when they want. Bullying them to speak about your pet causes won't get them to do what you want.
