On legalities, I don't know how it works for TV because many political spokespersons have gone away with scandalous allegations.

If you check on YouTube, very horrendous allegations are being made against all the big shots of BW, Uddhav and Aditya.

But since this has been the summer of TRPs and fake news and people dont want to focus on the anxiety and uncertainty of their own futures, let alone what's happening on the border with China, these "theories" are being allowed as facts.

What is the big deal if Arnab the Clown questioned Sonia Gandhi? INC is a dying power and Republic Channel is co-owned by a sitting BJP MP- obviously he will go after the opposition.
