I’ve thought about this. Is there a possibility of making him unstable and nonfunctional to make him leave Bombay/Bollywood? Hence that leaked video where she seems to be so supportive of him packing up and putting his money away and retiring. The question after that should be, why did she want him to leave?

If things were so bad, checking into a rehab in a different country might’ve been better honestly and helped him get better.
