episode begins with Kunal and Meenu talking in the hospital room . Meenu gets emotional and showers her love n affections on Kunal and calls him her own son, closer than Abir . He alleges he u derstood her more than Abir and assures his son would be as important to this family as Abir’s .
she pampers Kunal as pyaara sa chota beta .. who would share Abir’s woes in life .
she asks Kunal to u derstand Abir’s hesitancy in using a stranger girl to be the surrogate , she requests Kunal to help Abir being the younger brother . To ask Kuhu to be the surrogate mother for a Mishbir child . Kunal is shocked lhe is unable to give an answer right away . He asks Meenu to understand Abir’s reservations .Requests Meenu to consider Abir’s choice also as it was not that unacceptable . He had to ask Kuhu about this surrogacy matter , Mishbir had it agree and Maheshwari family too had to be involved . It was not just Kunal’s decision . Meenu pretends not to understand n makes a glum FACE as Kunal departs .
in a park VishRaj are taking. A stroll in a park , they notice a bench Marked “nana naani ka bench”
They wonder if it was for them.. they move few steps further they notice bunches of pink n blue balloons marked Naanu n Naani .
Then they notice Abir entering with bunches of balloons . Mishbir then appear with bunches of balloons n with the posters congratulating new nana Naani as they had been given approval for adoption .

as the good news reaches Rajvansh Sadan .. there is celebratory mood , Kuhu is annoyed why this good news was nit revealed tk her first she was the sister n deserved to know this good news first . Kunal comes looking very serious and uoset . Mishbit joke with him that he could not get away thinking Mishbir baby was Mishbir’s headache. KuKu were named god parents to their baby . They would be super cool chachu n Chachi for their baby .
kuhu is eXcited but Kunal does not share the same emotions .
he feels this hiuse n family had given him so much it was now time to give back to the family . But he wonders how to break the news of Meenu’s wishes to the family.
Kaushal arrives n shares the news that Uma Patel, had been fired by Meenu for failing to do her duties well . Meenu got angry with her as she failed to get a file passed after Kunal signed it . Kaushal is sure no pow KuKu will never fight over Kunal’s busy schedules at work.
At hospital Nurse checks out Meenu’s BP and she notices Kunal near the door . She purposely talks out aloud about Abir not understanding her at all n gets emotional about Kunal .
In her room Kuhu is planning celebrations during the adoption . She p,ans her clothes n style . She gets terrified on putting on 1.2 kgs . Mishti shares her problems patiently . Mishti too is getting ready and asks Abir about her dress for the adoption function. Abir asks her to change into something lighter n better.
Mishti informs adoption agency would come home to interview the family members .
Kuhu is upset over her increase in Wt . She asks Kunal to assist Mishbir during the adoption . She asks Kunal t convince Meenu . Kuna expresses his inability to help Meenu or Mishbit r as he was incapable . But kuhu could help them very much he asks Kuhu to become surrogate for a Mishbir baby as desired by Meenu . Kuhu is stunned .
