Becuase it is Manish's first notice. You do get a weeks time so you can even take a stay order from court.

The whole world knows about timing of this event. If she was really given notice earlier , then why wait for years to take action ? That too when city is dealing with other issues, right when she spoke against Meme police n government for their incompetence. This move only backfired them. They have elevated Kangana even more 😆
