My guess-

Next time when Ani checks to see whether Bon is doing H.W. He will see Batuk. Saree won't be covering his head by then. Ani will rush to see where is Bon.

Bon and Batuk will be under Ani's wrath.

Ani might misunderstand Bon this time as Bon cannot share Sampoorna 's probl8with him due to promise. And it is the reason she went out of the house.
