But then in one IV, Kancha did say that as the story progresses, Suman will be the one who will break more rules..
She always tries to be disciplined and a goody two shoes. She suppressed the adventurous side of her as a result because she thought it was the correct ideal to live by. Doesn't mean she didn't have it in her. Shravan brought it out, made it easier for her to loosen up and I'm glad that every single time instead of berating herself, she actually enjoyed every bit of it.
She tried really hard to skip the night out and then she used Shravan's dhamki as an excuse to show that she had no choice but to accept. (She obviously knows Shravan wouldn't dare wake up the whole house, especially Daddu.) And she actually let go of her inhibitions the moment she sat on his bike and made the most of the outing.
And from what Kancha said, reminded me of Hermione Granger. Didn't she also believe in not breaking rules? Haha!
