The Bollywood gang/ liberals/ feminists aren't protecting Rhea. They are too selfish to think about anyone. They are just looking out for themselves. They don't give a damn about her.

Why would they protect a nobody like Rhea, not even a Nepo Kid, no renowned family?

Rhea is their drug supplier, and if she is caught, ( which she is) then they are caught too. That's all.
