As far as I know , no drug related messages are retrieved from Sushant's phone and everyone before rhea came in his life have negated on drugs consumption.

ETA: What is the purpose of this? What are they trying to prove? If it's true that he was unwell, then she was procuring drugs for him. Result? Criminal. If it's true that he was a "druggie", then she was procuring drugs for him. Result? Criminal. SSR's condition has absolutely nothing to do with her criminal charges.
