This again is the problem with mental health. Having mental health issues does not necessarily mean you would know it. Again using drugs means I can function normally as I build resistance and have a continuous supply of them. Not all drugs are LSD. There are many who can function even with steady heroin and cocaine use. Only when the person is in withdrawal, would you realize they are on drugs.
