there is a scene between karan and mahesh before he goes to mandap and gets married to preeta. the plot twist is hidden in that scene. karan's behaviour has changed a lot after that. also his angry monologues have vanished. a lot of things have changed with this sceond wedding.

main theme of this show is sibling love. he is doing it for rishabh for sure. and also because he thinks he doesnt deserve preeta.

he promised rishabh on his wedding day 'aik baar mujhe uska naam bata de jis se tu pyar karta hai. agar married bhi hui to mandap se utha k divorce karwa k tere samne la k khada kar doon ga'. and that dialogue echoed.
