Lol.. sorry I can’t take Shobha De seriously. Sau chuhe khaa ke billi hajj ko chali is totally apt here. Shobha’s whole image is/has been the typical Page 3 bitchy Bombay socialite who is very much part of this ‘toxic’ culture that she herself is calling out in this piece. I’m sure KJo knows that people don’t ‘actually’ like him - it’s really not eye-opening. The rest, sure, we all knew existed, doesn’t make it right but then you should have called it out when you were in the position to do so na? I hate socialites,social climbers and page 3 people more than Kangana. So on my hate list Shobhha De is much worse than Kangana.

Shobhaa De is a social climber who was a air hostess who married a rich industrialist.

These people are completely useless. They do nothing but to drop to place to party with their expensive birkins and jimmy choos. They are on such a high horse and misbehave with common people. They look down with contempt at someone less wealthy than them. I have seen bollywood celebs and super rich in India are much well behaved.

I have seen many such parties and it has made me to detest such people. All they do is to complain and gossip in these parties. Networking happens only when someone has a common enemy.

I agree with Shobhaa De calling Bollywood opportunist. Now days most people are opportunist and support those causes and become friends with people from which they can benefit something in return.

Shobhaa's husband is not that popular on party circuit now, so she is complaining.

This has to be the mother of ironies! Shobha De, SHOBHA DE of all people calling out Bollywood ? The same person who has profited off its culture of dirty laundry in public and throwing the nastiest blinds out there. The one who has been bootlicking more stars than you can count, whose entire career is an extension of making money off whatever she's trying to go against here 😆

This entire Kangana thing and now Shobha De's support of her is a classic case of major FOMO 'noone invites me to the party anymore so I'll just protest at the door against its happening' like how dare they enjoy without me 😿

I keep saying this and I will continue doing so. Bollywood is indeed a nastyass place. The power balance is so off that it's scary. Its so easy to take advantage of an outsider. BUT you can't champion to change the system if you have played the same dirty games,profited off the same things as everyone you are accusing everyone else of and if you're an equally vile human being. Whether it's dirty blinds,so called drug culture, sexual harassment, extra marital affairs, threatening people- Kangana has done it all. Shobhaa De as profited off it. So if Bollywood is a rot, Kangana and Shobhaa are right there being part of it all. This pot calling the kettle black is hilarious on another level LOL.
