I have a doubt

Why veer asked Meera di’s hand for marriage. Is this any conspiracy or did I miss something

Well, the episode is indicative of Veer asking for rishta of Meera. It is not implied he asked it for himself. He mentioned that Meera will be "Singhanias ki bahu" and Bani will be "Jija ki Sali". So I think he asked the rishta for his brother Tapish. Tapish is the oldest, so he is supposed to marry first. And Veer gets easy access to Bani through this alliance.

There's no doubt about Vani endgame anymore. It's crystal care. Jai being a little secretive was the only element that was being the kabab mein haddi ( for vani shippers ) but it's not there anymore. His true form will be revealed today and now his character can head only two ways- that Naag friend or the villain.

Bani is shown to have intense hatred for the cheels , when she touched her wound she remembered a glimpse of her past. This 'revenge' is embedded within her soul. ( which is not reaching out to me again , I don't see why I or Bani should hate/kill the cheels ). The only thing dislikeable about Veer is his ruthless demeanor but that's like every single lead of XYZ shows.

If you watched/would watch Kundali Bhagya , in the initial episodes the FL used to fight with one ML ( exactly like VeerBani ) and was friendly with another ML ( like Jai Bani , the difference is they had insane chemistry without romantic hints from FL but here romance isn't helping JaiBani either ). What I don't see is what revenge is she supposed to take , why is she hell bent on killing shaitani cheels. If it's for Noor then they didn't show their connection strong enough for Bani to avenge her death and if it's for the previous incident then she killed them once already and if it's some animal enmity stuff then Bas rehne do !

I liked that scene where Veer saved Bani but the scene right after , when she was unconscious , Veer was kinda creeping me out.

Both the sapera and the pandit are unnecessary characters by the way.

Initially I was giving some time to Mohit , he was doing better. But he tanked again last episode. Jai really had it all , he was THE Naagin male lead material but the actor couldn't pull through. Even if he could portray one or two basic emotions it would have worked but I honestly don't know what's wrong , he's completely blank. Besides Veer doesn't even consider him a competition. He looks like a complete fool and an extra. Bani's chachi had a better screen presence.

Naina was unnecessary , they should show Jai's family or Veer & Tapish's bond more instead. Delete the sapera and that pandit too , weird freaks.

I don't know why I get the feeling that he will use his anger over his death in the past life and add fuel to the existing fire Bani already has against the Cheels and Veer to forward his agenda. I am sure Jai has some agenda against both Bani and cheels. Or as you said, he could be a more calm and cool friend Nag to Bani - supporting her at all costs.

Exactly the point I am trying to make. What revenge story are they planning to show? She killed the cheel in her last life and took her revenge for that. Infact, she also served a 10,000-year curse for the mistakes she made. Ab kya bacha hai. Noor and Naina ki maut. Well, for that they should have been impactful characters. Noor's death is still a mystery to me, really, because I am not sure who killed her - and I think it wasn't the cheels. Naina's death was still presented, but frankly, she was a useless character in itself. And after witnessing Naina's death, Bani did not feel a thing - neither anger nor regret. She still felt something after Noor's death. She is an odd naagin, to begin with, with a foundationless revenge agenda and feelings all over the place, except her hate fixation for Veer.

I would just plead with the makers to not create any love angle with Jai. They don't even have chemistry in their normal scenes, how will they romance each other. Infact their connection does not have any attraction. The difference is seen in the "connection" scene between Jai and Bani and Veer and Bani. In the former, it looked like she was doing a favor on Jai, and the latter it was like she was acknowledging that Veer has an effect on her and they have a connection.

Well, you cannot expect a cheel to give human expressions. His expressions were apt for a kite. And yes, it would creep anyone out, but that is cheel for you.

I think you have to wait for him as Nag, maybe you might like Jai as the Nag. But honestly, he is no good as Jai Mathur, nor as a Nag. And the look given to him is rather villainish, not heroish. Veer may not consider him as a competition, but he definitely does not like the attention he receives from Bani. He wants Bani's attention on him and not on anybody else.

I liked today's episode specially Vani scenes..Sharad nailed it as veer.his expressions dialog delivery ,jealousy everything is on perfect.

I agree on Bani being clueless. I am unable to understand the direction she's taking , why is she furious with the cheels. Kya bigara hain tumhara? I think its unappealing to the audience if the Naagin herself doesn't know her purpose , revenge to door ki baat hain.

Sharad ? He's doing a terrific job while portraying the cheel , the way he walks , talks , the emphasis on his eye. He has adapted to his character the best of all. But I just dislike characters like Veer in general , initially he was being great ( I was understanding his pov ) but now he's starting to act...more like typical EK lead , they're very much overdone on itv at this point. And Veer Bani even though they have chemistry but as someone mentioned in another thread , it's more appealing to the mainstream audience , if they acted in any random show , audience would have went gaga over it ( like it happened in KDB or other shows ) I wanted Veer to act differently , have a different side. ( Like when he's alone , him acting different , that scene where he was feeding alcohol to his chacha or smth was not it either ) The good girl being the light of the bad boy is a overdone concept , naagin is somewhat the reverse infact , the good boys getting married to the girls who are in the darker phase of their life and I think that appeals to the audience.

No JaiBani ko ab aur try nahi karna chahiye , bohot dekhliya unka romance ab baas. Their past isn't as powerful as Aakeshwari either , to ab unko rehne dena chahiye.

I agree with Jai trying to spoil Bani's mind. Him being the villain of the story while Vani get romantic 🤣 He is giving me Vikrant vibes.

Yesterday Jai's cold reaction to Bani being in danger ( probably dead ) was the last string. He was supposed to be terrified , frantic instead he went like " meri dost yaha thi ". To achaar dale uska ?

Sharad is amazing. Someone staring at you like some obsessive freak when you're unconscious , coming closer , switching off the phone , when noone is there. It isn't a good picture. I just find it weird.
