It's a line from Family Front that was used as a catch phrase.
Family Front was a family comedy with Saba Hameed and Wasim Abbas as a married couple and Samina Ahmed played Wasim's sister. They had two teen/ young-adult kids. And basically the drama involved them getting into funny situations which the rest of the family had to hide from Azam (Wasim Abbas). Saba Hameed used to say, 'Azam, aap aa gayey' when he'd suddenly appear.
