That NGO lady's questions were so on point! Rakhi, Rishabh and Krithika were always silent supporters but did nothing to fix Karan's mistakes. Sameer was silent but he always tried to help. She didn't ask Sameer😆

I feel the writers expressed the viewers' frustration through that lady😁

I agree. Sameer is the best. Everyone keeps saying how Rishab is the one to always trust preeta or she'll only have Rishab on her side etc. When Sameer actually believed and trusted her always be it with respect to sherlyn or anyone. He even helps her in her plans or helps srishti help preeta. He just doesn't have a very strong personality like Karan. And I am not saying Sameer will be a part of the love story of preeta,no. Sameer and preeta can have a sibling bond that's actually based on pure trust and is better than her bond with her other Luthra brothers. And as for him being"spineless",I wouldn't call it that. It's not his house. He is living with his aunts and uncles. How can he go to his rich uncle's house who not only gave him a job but also a place to stay and treats him like family,and tell his uncle's family what's right and what's wrong. He can't do that when people with authority and right themselves aren't doing anything. Rakhee,krithika and Rishab, they are spineless. Even krithika is excusable as she is the youngest and she only had her mother growing up so she can't question her own mother. What about Rishab and rakhee letting Kareena run the house and make decisions for someone else's kid? That's being spineless, Sameer is a pure soul.
