Another thing even after the molestation accusation. Sushant still went to vacation with his family to Chandigarh with the intent to stay there for at least a month. And was caught have good fun with the same sister Rhea accused of molestation. There is a video of him in Chandigarh to prove that. If he loved Rhea that much and believed her, wouldn't he break all ties with someone who assaulted her. He very much had the intention of staying there. It was after Rhea called him several times during the time span of three days and used god knows what manipulation (prob threatened to reveal his mental health to the world as stated in the FIR) that he went back to that house to be held hostage.

Even when media could show enough signs that Rhea is potentially a gold digger, still Shraddha has chosen to support her posts so I don't think that Shraddha cares about justice. After all 90% nepokids eventually show their true color.
