That's why I don't really appreciate star shows, they make it all mera parivaar mera sab kuchh for female leads 😆 I end up watching lot of Sony shows , they run low on trp but I have seen such shows raising social issues and showing the not so good part of the society in a subtle manner but the FL is never to be a ultimate bichari and so far whatever shows I have seen there, the FL always has a strong career to concentrate on

After break up, I always wanted mishti to start a good life in London, do something for herself her career and actually make abir run for her and not the other way around, it's very important to love yourself first , it's not selfish it's being selfless in real terms.

Even after all this it turns out that meenu did all this on purpose to keep the family together so she made the family go purposely against her and deep down she loves everyone , I might forgive her but i will never forget her.

Yeah, she said that. I remember. I guess it was the circumstances of woman vs "bad" man that made her help Mishti that time.

@bold - "forgive" is too much. I just don't want such a multi-dimensional character like Meenu seemed to be reduced to a one-dimensional one. That's all.

@bold: bang on👏 But that's egotistical Meenakshi Rajvansh. She claims to show power of independent woman who work and 'manage' the family..blah blah. But her ego and domineering personality completely suppressed her brother who is the true heir to Rajvansh surname and property. I appreciate the idea that Naanu was open-minded enough to give full responsbility of his business to his daughter but he never fought for equal rights for his son too. And Kaushal mamu, bechara is much younger to Meenu who feels obliged to follow all her orders. He has no individuality or identity😒 That's why Nidhi mami often tries to push her husband to say something or fight for his rights, at least for the sake of Ketu and Atul. (similar position to Kuhu says to Kunal now - butit's even more scarier for Kuhu because she knows Kunal is not even Meenakshi's real son, whereas Kaushal mamu is naanu's real son and therby is the rightful heir to all property, or at least equal property and business shares.

Feel awful for all of them today. BB and her big fat ego has ruined everything😈

Yes that's exactly what is so difficult to understand about Meenu. IF she had the 'heart' (maybe there was no heart but only brains) to support Mishti "as a woman' in Varun's case then why not in this case?

Like guruji says; meenu's ways always have a reason and her primary reason for supporting Mishti (And abir during Varun track) had to be to keep Abir at home and win his trust again (just to break it again).

@Bold: haha Rupal ma'm portrayal is what makes us feel Meenu's swag and power. But it is important to note that Meenu's intelligence/swag is honestly in an attempt from us fans to find the little funny things underneath BB huge ego and domineering personality.

I think Uru's explanation for this makes the most sense. Not just to keep Abir at home but also because she admired Mishti for fighting back against someone like that.

Sony k koi show Maine follow Nahi kiya apart from kuch rang. I so loved shah in that Dev is another emotion. Well more on that in shah appreciation thread 😃 Usme b the female lead had a strong career. Star k sare shows aise hi hote kya I am not gonna watch and get attached to any show after this. It’s too emotionally draining😒

Abir going behind mish would have been an awesome track. But practically makers London Nahi dikha sakte na. Yeh Mumbai se bahar Ja Nahi pate to London kaha se 😆 knowing abir’s nature that’s what he would have done. Followed her , pursued her and wooed her back. Aur London me mishbir romance somebody should write an OS or FF on this. 😛
