Someone needs to remind Mishti of her own words she said during Baba track when Abir first suggested to live away: she said something on the lines of : "when two people who don't get along are forced to live together, the house nor family will be at peace or happy"

this applies for both her relationship with Meenu and Kuhu.

Yup, the constant pressure she's been placed with (sadly by BM and BP as a child) that she has to be the mature one, that she can solve everything, that she has to keep everyone else happy etc is instilled in her so much, it's just how she thinks, acts and lives.

Definitely a tough choice, but it is the right choice (better in the long-run for sure). She's had the hard route all through her life, how much more hardships does she need to endure for her to realise this.

🥺💔

Just a reference from old scene nandu ...

I guess its the day before sangeet - When abir suggested mishti to think on living separately , she affirmed that its tough to coexist with meenu - but there she clearly asked him on how he will be able to live without other family members even if he's ready to ignore BB.

Even recently , during PTSD track she agreed to come back to RJV only coz she saw abir's longing to be with his family . Being one kid who was always kept reminded of how she was an outsider and taunts every now and then on how she knows only to break her house and how she witnessed the same during kuku marriage and nish mish marriage is having its toll i guess.

But for making mishti take this drastic step - either abir must be strict and push her like previous time or something must hurt abir very dearly which will have its effects on her .

I guess , either this track will end up in mishbir living separately or mishbir getting separated . Lets wait😆

And should not pay heed to mishti like he did during varun track. Asked her to choose between him n family. After its abir that has broken her confidence by breaking up with her like that he has to now make up for it n take decicion in her benifit n his too. I wonder if he will ask mishti to choose n she will choose family over him coming under meenus drama n abir will be broken by this.

Yup totally agree.

Thishas completely severed that little thin rope of trust that Abir had on Meenu as his mother. He literally poured his heart out to her, of his sorrow and problemd and she took full advantage of it.

Abir ofcourse is a human whom we have seen to forgive and forget easily, but something as atorcious as this where BB is not only insulting Mishti, but now targetting Kunal and Parul too, will definitely not sit well with Abir at all. There is no way he will bend down to BB's emotional drama.

That's why BB chooses her target victim very intelligently - Mishti. Because only she will be able to convince Abir.

That's why like you said it's very important for Abir to stand firm in his decision. We're not worried about him giving in to Meenu no no no. We are worried about him giving in to Mishti. Which this time should not happen. Similarly it is Mishti's equal responsibility to whole-heartedly support Abir in his decision to leave the house, no surrogacy etc. Even if she cannot emotionally take the lead in the fight because she is scared, fine but don't let Abir back down this time.

Mishti’s self confidence broke that day and ever since then never had the chance to mend. Abir again repeatedly rejected her even after she returned and kept on trying to get him back. Such repeated blows to one’s faith in love destroys a person from inside.

On top of that BP insisted she should marry Nannu and Mishti had to accept as Abir showed no interest in reciprocating her feelings but insulted and pushed her away. So she surrendered to BP’s wishes and probably would have married Nannu if not for Abir’s accident and her ESP. After marrying Abir again he rebuked her for fighting with Kuhu, Kuhu made Mishti feel like an outsider in RJV, Meenu played her tricks to create MishKu fights and Abir again blamed Mishti and expected her to resolve it!

Then the worst part, he left her alone at the resort, she got molested, then 3 months of trauma, PTSD, fear, guilt! Then murder case gets solved, within a few days the magazine fiasco, Kuhu curses her unjustly but Mishti has to apologize in the end though it wasn’t her fault, after she’s bombarded from all sides, even by Abir and BP! And now the biggest blow, that she cannot give a child to Abir!

Too many horrible experiences, too many insults and blows to her self respect! I don’t think any person would be strong to withstand such constant blows and regain self confidence when there’s no respite from the vagaries of misfortune and other’s villainy.

Now given her background of being abandoned by her parents, whatever confidence and pride she cultivated under BP BM’s care has disappeared into the dark corridors of RJV house. Mishti is a broken shell of her former self, Angry Chorni is gone!

PS: Mishti cannot leave RJV as she doesn’t want the home breaker tag and also she knows Abir loves Kunal and his family too much and won’t be completely happy living away from them.

Beautifully said Pallu👏👍🏼

It's all a cumulative effect from these series of cascade effects Mishti has been enduring.

@bold: Exactly! Which woman after being brutally heart-broken by her soulmate with no reason, comes back with that much hope that he still loves her. That itself shows how much faith and strength she had. Mishti is damn lucky that Abir still loved her and lied about everything he said during that break-up moment. Any girl after being heartbroken not once but many times after all her attempts with those letters etc, would obviously give-up and that's exactly what happened. Neither Mishti nor Abir ever were given the time to just pour everything they went through during those 3 months to each other - one after the other, they immediately got married (when they were actually still unsure about GD itself few months before), and then problem after problem.

The fact that she still wants to overcome and move on past every single awful thing that has come her way in her kismat, the fact that she still wants to try and be happy for Abir itself is a very very strong personality.

But haan, the makers definitely have forced Mishti 1.0 to be suppressed, by throwing every possible thing at her that continuously breaks her.

Abir was so broken..that in the last scene he even did not call her maa..he said bathayiye..Meenakshi rajvash ka asli plan kya he?...

Poor soul..

And many are expressing dissapointment with mishti keeping quiet and saying sorry...but in my POV she is silent bcz she is so numb at the situation and Abir,BP are taking stands and arguing...so if she also starts it will be a mess..so, may be she let Abir and BP to handle..

Yes saying sorry is not right...atleast after whatever meenu said about her..she don't deserve it..

Exactly the opposite. Everybody will side with Mishti except BB. People understand that when majority sides with a person or takes the same stand on an issue, it's the right thing. Insults and all are real, some DILs can tell you this. Also, it's ITV and the show needs TRPs. We, the not so general audience of India, need to keep a little "dhairya."

And Mishti ki toh aadat hai hi to say sorry for everything. And like someone pointed out, she herself told Meenu in the mandir that she couldn't have talked back to her if she were her DIL.

No one is promoting Mishti's behaviour at all.

I think it's our expectations of angry-chorni Mishti that the writers have built up for us from the start of the show, that make it so hard for us to accept this behaviour from her, because ultimately we as fans always root for the underdog. We want Mishti to be strong, to be firey, to stand up tall, but honestly how much more can she take? The writers have thrown pretty much every worse scenario in her face and yet she is still standing (barely but yes she is still alive). I don't think there would be anyone in real world as resilient as Mishti after everything she has endured - ofcourse with the help and support of Abir and BP but still, ultimately it is MISHTI who chooses to fight through them. But if life doesn't allow her to catch a single happy break, how do you expect her to be the same angry chorni? everyone has a breaking point, and the makers have dragged Mishti right to the bottom.

I'm not saying what she is doing is right. Absolutely not, her self-respect is way more important than she thinks of herself. All I'm saying is many of us are able to understand her plight because numerous girls, women experience the same horrific feelings.

Like I mentioned in one of my earlier posts today: this feeling/insecurity (whatever you want to call it) that Mishti has to constantly measure her self-worth against everyone else's happiness is something she has grown up with. Even Mishti 1.0 angry chorni always felt guilty or backed down from her fiery avatar whenever BP's reputation was at stake, or Kuku's happiness was at stake and ofcourse anything for Abir. That's who she is, who she has been and maybe who she will always be.

No matter how much Abir reassures her how much he loves her, how strong she is, what a fighter she is etc etc. Ultimately it is Mishti herself who personally endures every emotion and trauma, and yet she manages to pick herself up often just for Abir. She still keeps on going FOR ABIR and his happiness which is linked to her happiness. So although the end result may be her happiness and well-being, the driving force for her to fight through is for Abir, not necessarily for herself, not for her own self-respect and not for her happiness because she has never been that kind of person. Now whether that is truly healthy or the right way to live, is another topic for another day.

She has never fully understood nor fully realised the value of herself, Abir has definitely helped her start that engine of being proud of who she is, but that natural feeling of I'm not worthy of this love, the happiness, this affection etc will not away -- until and unless Mishti herself consciously chooses not to fall in her own trap of emotions.

It's Mishti's flaw, it's her personality. It makes her realistic. Perhaps it takes a small piece from her as a role model, but that doesn't mean she is the worst FL. There are still way way way more positive and inspiring qualities that Mishti has, which we can learn from and the flaws she has is also important for us to learn that we should remember to respect ourselves first, but yes there is a limit to that as well. It's a very fine line.

Wow, what a cricket match. Meenu ke atrocious Sixes brought the family closer. Mended the breach between Kunal and Parul, Jasmeet and Varsha are being (temporarily, especially Jazz) sympathetic towards Mishti's plight, brought out Mishti's dhals-BP and Abir, lot of things. But like a lot of people are suspecting, it feels as if Meenu ne parivaar ko inadvertently nahi jithaya, balki match fixing kar ke aayi hai. Yahan pe already IPL shuru ho gaya or should I say BPL.

Iska nathija jald pata lagega. Meenu's scariest dialogue of the day is sabr karo, dhairya rakho. Bhaisaaab, nahi ho ra. Ab kya, they're gonna justify surrogacy using Kuhu but with 'asli waaris' for family unity?

Felt very bad for Abir when even Bade Papa refused to take him(for understandable reasons). He looked so lost for a moment. He must have felt like this a lot of times when he didn't even have a second house(sasural) and no wonder he became a banjara. Still, I felt like BP was being partly partial to Mishti inspite of promising Abir that he has found a father in him during the bidaai. Don't exactly blame BP for thinking about Mish but felt terrible for Abir.

Lots and lots of love for Parul and her dhruv tara. I hope aisa hi saath denge Abir ka. Hamesha.

Jasmeet will fall prey to Meenu's next chaal if indeed surrogacy is BB's idea and nag Varsha. Probably. Let's see.

Kanhaji hum sabko dhairya de aur CVs hume disappoint na kare. Bas.

Edit: Sorry, I meant BCL for those who already read BPL up there. Box cricket league. The one TV actors play.

Bold-If Meenu continues to play with Abir's feelings then a time will come when he would refuse to acknowledge her as his mother
