Why would Yash be shocked....he should have been happy if the chit said yes....

I think he does not believe in the Mangaleek thing.....

Well maybe he was just shocked at the result at first, because the chit, according tot he Baba, should have been the 'no' one

I think he did. He was shocked looking at it. But it think he went ahead with the wedding because he wanted Heer as his daughter in law and Omi also said yes to the marriage.
