Why can't Rati get house help ?

It seems that all she wants is someone to "manage her house". She goes to great lengths to ensure that Preeti stays in the house just for that. As two working people, can she not afford to get someone to help her out ?

I hope she and Tarun try to cheat Chanda again and she sends them behind the bars. I have high hopes from Chanda that she will insult the hell out of this chor duo.
