Actually, Bhel is a Gujarati dish...Its a mixture of stuff...like theres sev, sakaar para, potatoes, tomatoes, chutneys, sometimes people put chick peas and stuff in there too...and sometimes onions...its really good...if you go to any indian restaurant they usually have it in the chaat section!

OMG ...how can u not know what bhel is....its the most wonderful thing in the whole world. After pani puri of course. Its a type of chaat which is usually eaten as starters I believe when eaten in restaurants.

The real tasty n spicy stuff you get out on the streets of India though with thele valas. Although you might catch like a million diseases afterwards- but its the best thing u've tasted while you live.

and omg theres a fruit called bhel in bengal....huh?
