Yes there has to be a reason why Riddhima has not been shown talking to sejal. Sejal must have already revealed everything and Ridz is unaware of it till now.

Yes as Vansh wanted all info toh ofcourse he will just go ...check the room n come back he must have inquired deep.

Waise bhi Sejal naam has etched deep in Vansh's memory he always taunts her using her name like signalling Riddhu something🤔

It seemed like Vansh deliberately took the photo frame and showed it to Riddhu to scare her. Like he was gauging her reaction. And also decorating her room to look like her hostel makes no sense. 😕

I think that scene is more to showcase his power to her!
