Just like you upload images. First you have to upload your desirable gif in any image hosting site like Imgur then copy the original direct link.

Come back to IF reply. There is image icon on reply board, if you tap it, a image with IF logo will come, there paste the copied link in URL box, tap enter. Let it load. Finally done!

I use flickr...but it's not mobile friendly....it's only PC friendly!
