they clearly said there is going to be battle btwn these three characters. so defo they will show jay character strong too. lot of ppl wanted jay character to have some substance. if not there will be no surprise element. if u ppl tensed for every bts jay share or for every scene he is in then u cant enjoy the show.

i still strongly believe vani will be end game. everything else was to add excitement and curiosity
