It updates you with the show, the forum activity etc. It's basically a thread where all the week's activity from show details and forum details are summed up. There would be a team of volunteers also known as the NL team who would publish the NL, weekly or monthly. They also organise different creative contest for the members of the forum.

Start with YUDKBH, but YT version won't have 90s songs due to copyright issues, feel comes with 90s shows but yeah you can watch it, its also from SSP.
