Old age, sickness, disease, having no one and ultimately being dead 💀 those things should scare you more.

The thing is it’s all impermanent. So one should focus on what’s important to them. Eat healthy work out and you won’t get fat. It’s that simple. But the more people are attached the less free they’re so choose your poison wisely 😉

He has turned director. I don't think his 'good' looks hold any significance in his work.

Why should ageing be scary ? Ageing is the most natural thing that happens to human being. To age naturally and gracefully is always beautiful.

They did all this but forgot the hair? His hair is still dark and intact?

Forget all the procedures and peeling and plastic surgeries...

Imagine how all these celebrities (and many in real life ) will look without the hair color

But can be somewhat prevented by healthy lifestyle

Diet, exercise, esp. weight bearing exercises to prevent osteoporosis

I think nowadays we see much less hunch back oldies, could be bcz of awareness and advancements in lifestyle like diet & exercises, supplements and medications...

Also menopausal women suffer less nowadays, for many it used to be physically and mental decline (even visit to madhouses for some) Again it’s due to the advancement in the field of medicine (thanks to the men)

I have few freinds who looks way way more older then their age sometime its just the genes and the way you look!

And There is some people who never age and who look way younger then their age.

So we cannot rely always on aging and not necessary like aging will make you look bad!

I also know some people who look soo much better now of what they use to look when they were younger!

some people really age gracefully and get the best look while getting older ❤️
