Ani and Kaka nodded. All went to dinner table as all RC men obey Bondita. Binoy also came by that time. He has no issue on Som marrying that girl. He is completely changed person now.
During dinner time Ani looked at Bondita she was lost anywhere and he knew that this concern isn’t related to this topic. This is something else in her mind. She has questions in her mind know and he was sure she'll definitely ask him as always. He knows his girl very well. But one thing is he is worried about that this isn’t just any question out of curiosity it’s some doubt or anything else which is piercing her heart. He must clear her doubt as soon as possible.
At night Bon came with a glass of Badaam milk for Ani in his study. Ani was busy in studying his case file. When he noticed Bon he again saw that she's still lost in thoughts. She just kept the glass on the table and was about to go without asking him anything.
He was shocked. Bondita has a question in her mind and not asking Ani, has not happened before. Ani is more worried now what is that problem with which she struggling alone and not letting him know. He thought he must ask her now. He can’t let her be like this.
“Bondita” he called her in a sweet voice as always and said, “Don’t you want me to answer that question which is in your mind now.”
“Patibabu, how did you know that I have a question in my mind right now.” Bondita asked as usual.
Ani smiled at her and said, “Okay now tell me what’s bothering you.”
“Patibabu would you answer me honestly?” said Bondita.
Ani was confused why she is behaving like this why she has doubt that he won’t answer her honestly.
“Bondita why are you saying like this. Have I ever tried to do something like that? Directly come to the question now and just tell me what’s wrong with you?” said Ani looking straight into her eyes.
“Patibabu because the question is related to me. I really want to know in which circumstances you had to marry me?” said Bondita with tears in her eyes.
Ani was completely shocked. He never thought Bon can have this question in her mind too. He didn’t know how to answer her now. How to tell her what was going to happen with her. She'll be completely broken. How she can be able to face this truth of life. This truth of her life may lead her into a trauma state. And Ani can’t see his Bondita in pain. He is so strong but single drop of tear in her eyes make him too weak.
And mere this question filled her eyes with tears what if she gets to know the whole truth and he knows if he won’t give a satisfactory answer to her she'll find the answer by herself.
“Bondita stop crying. Why are you crying? I married you because of destiny. We were destined to be together as husband and wife and this destiny created circumstances for that and I married you.” Said Ani.
“It’s not the proper answer Barrister Babu. You’re playing with words. I asked about the circumstances in which you have to marry me. Now you also made me intelligent enough to get the meaning of your words. I am no more a kid Patibabu. I am twenty now. Please let me know. Once I asked you about our marriage and you told me I am too small to understand those things but now I'm big enough to understand these things Patibabu.
I really want to know that being an poor girl with no any special quality or status how could I become RC DIL. A girl whose sister is married to son of your employee how could she become wife of heir of a landlord that too a gold medalist barrister.
