The food tastes like amrut. U appreciate it more. Its true what ppl say. When a thing si taken away from your only then ubrelaise its importance

I told you to take care and go to doctor! You forget that conveniently

I ate only one time each for 7 days. Nothing after sunset
And that too boiled food without any oil ,ghee sugar.No green veggies also allowed in our fast. So only some selected daals and buttermilk .
And the last day was extreme fast . for 36 hrs no food and water
