Naagin 5 episode 4 discussion thread

So, Baani knows she's a Naagin. Meanwhile Jay seems pretty oblivious(Why else would he mistake his transformation for an Asthma attack?)Veer knows he's a Cheel but has no idea how nefarious his family is. Veer is the misunderstood hero as Abhay in PKYEK. Veer and Bani's interaction is already cool, though the chemistry between Dheeraj and Hina was something else. Sharad is literally amazing blending the cockiness and vulnerability and I'm already rooting for his character. Bani is not a Cinderella, but it's only a facade for the world. I'm only confused about Jay. Is EK really going to make him the nice SL we see in kdramas(Because a Naag cannot have asthma attack ever) or is she going to pull a twist? Because till now the story is pretty straightforward without any trademark twist Naagin is known for.
