Jay's character.. - Page 2

I feel Jay should be equally powerful to Veer otherwise maza kaise aayega yaar. I mean his character has no impact at all. Same happened when Hriday died and that time i yawned 🥱🤣

I think Mohit Sehgal needs work to more on his character because what i saw during his siblings scene, he acted a bit caricaturish which i found kinda awkward here. 🤔

There are three leads out of which two were simply outdone and one is lacking. This needs to be done asap before audience start demanding from cvs to kill Jay's character or bring new actor instead. 😳

I think he’s confusing Jay for Samraat. I felt like I was watching samraat all over again.

I wish they add more layers to his character. Hriday was for an episode or two but Jay is permanent so he has to be as powerful as Veer. Earlier he was getting beaten up by Veer , he seems irrelevant. I honestly don't want him to be so.

TBH mujhe jay character actually samjh hi nei ayi at the first . what he is doing .. is he protector of Naagin . .but aisa koi khas scene abtak nei dala. ulta bar bar cheel uske upar haavi huye.. hriday veer atleast got 2 min of romantic scene ..but usmain bhi akesh own the scene. and today the fight scene .. matlab pura mockery laga mujhe jay scene

\also i dont like the cast of jay .. mohit should work more.. it is like very less expressions and something was missing .. even naagin-naag ka soft scene main bhi he was missing .. no chemistry at all ...

Idk but it seems as if MS is uncomfortable in his character or awkward in front of the camera. Even his dialogue delivery was weird.It seemed as if he was reciting them hurriedly from a piece of paper. And we can very well forget about emoting,screenpresence and all.

Jay is too bland a character for me to digest. Considering the fact that he is supposed to be a Naag makes it all the more hilarious. He should have been more like Mahir from S3. Out of all the male protagonists in the Naagin franchise till now,Mahir was the one with most substance and Pearl did justice to him. Jay,on the other hand,isn't even at par with Dev who was human.

@bold exactly what it seemed to me. He was in a hurry and he looked visibly uncomfortable in that scene with his siblings. I hope this doesn't stay the same. He's behaving like a supporting character who just recites the two lines he gets , doesn't look like the lead at all.

Same I got Mahir vibes from him in the first episode , he was the good guy but wasn't bland. I hope MS gets into the skin of the character soon and Jay turns out to be like Mahir.

What I don’t understand is Jay goes home in the morning and behave later like everything is fine. He was with a girl, I didn’t see any remorse for Noor. Kinda bothered me very much.

Jay is absolutely vanilla. VAni, make the screen sizzle and than Jay ruins all the impact.
I’m sorry but there is zero chemistry between Mohit and Surbhi.
oh well, let’s see where the story goes.

I agree... that guy acts like that in all his shows. Its been more than 10 years he is in this industry. And still we are seeing him act like this🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. If you can't act then what is the purpose of being an actor.

EK should replace him soon... there is no other way out.

He will continue to do that in all his scenes. He is not at all apt to play a normal character let alone a naag.

I found him better in the first episode than this one. I don't know he looked camera shy and the ML's bond with their siblings has been one of the highlights of naagin seasons but this time Jay didn't look comfortable around them. I hope it's just a one episode thing.

I liked Jay & Bani scenes better in the first episode as well. I like them better when they're treated like a fresh couple. I am willing to give them a chance because I see the chemistry , not as much as Sharad & Surbhi but they have a subtle kind of chem which gets into you when you rewatch their scenes ( I watched the first epi thrice and liked them more each time ). I haven't watched MJHT so I'm not aware of how samrat is supposed to behave. But I want Jay to be like Mahir , a good guy with layers in his char.
