Absolutely agree, audience likes angst and okay angst is fine to a limit but after that one humiliating event you keep showing FL being brutally humiliated is pretty sick. Without naming names even apparently ‘empowering’ shows these days on top of TRP have this as running themes. Everyone puts down FL for like years and then only in one episode they show her answering back and then that’s that lmao. Slap this douchebag and walk out let the whole family die who gives a shit.
