Back when I was a child, one of the movies had the hero Frenching the heroine. I started asking very loudly what they're doing😳😆. My aunt, who took me to the show, said he was whispering in her ear. i believed it for the longest time.😆

I used to think people in TV serials waited there to continue till the next episode.

like I remember asking my mom if aunty is going to wait till Monday to jump. ( it was a Friday cliff hanger scene where the heroine is trying to suicide by jumping into water)

I thought movies were real life stories & they were being secretly filmed.😆

I didn't know movies were actually shot way beforehand & then broadcasted on TV. I thought they were live shooting & it was shown on TV at the same time.😆

I thought that women got pregnant by kissing, and also that each time you kissed, you would get pregnant.😆

I thought hero/heroine sang themselves and danced altogether at the same time. No idea that dubbing etc existed.

I thought that men & women can't be friends, and were created differently just to be attracted to each other & procreate.

I thought they used to wait for it to rain & was curious how they predicted when rain was going to come.

Black and white movies were shot at a time when world did not have any colour. I thought colour is a recent invention that in old days in real world also there was no colour. 😆

For a long time I thought people who go on dates sing and dance on their dates like in Hindi films. 😆
