I personally think that Malhar and Mrunal knew each other for a long time now and maybe Malhar asked Mrunal to donate 5 lakhs to a student in need or something. And that student happened to be Kalyani. I can imagine Malhar doing something impulsive like that. I also feel like Anvi got to know about Malhar through Mrunal. Cause I can't believe that Ahif would ever mention his brother that he hates.
