They feel for each other due to the pain they share,thats why you can see the this closer... And,you know love brings two people much more closer.. imagine the level of closeness they will share once they confess.. and,i think anger will bring them closer..

Special note:

1) I am incorporating the scenes of RiAnsh from the show with my touch and twist in this story.

2) Riddhima and Vansh are still not in love but they do feel for each other due to the pain and heartbreak they had experienced with their respective pasts.. Thats why they are close to each other.
