Aamir meeting Turkish first lady

This was a what Bollywood has come down to. They will protest against India, indirectly lend support to.anti-india elements even meet the first lady of a leader who has openly supported anti-India efforts and Kashmir issues.

Aamir will talk about intolerance and leaving India, but will go not stand by his country.

Bollywood has become a place where it has become cool to side with anti-India elements.

As per news, he didn't even bother to inform the Indian embassy and MEA about this.

I don’t think anyone should be raising doubts on Aamir’s love for his country, after all he actually comes from a family of freedom fighters. Yeh nahin k bhagat Singh ka role karkay like kangana now thinks he is actual bhagat Singh himself 🙄

When your country is at loggerheads with Turkey with the leader of the country expressing support to Anti India elements. The least you could do was to inform the MEA , seek permission then go.

Aamir is a celeb who is known and followed by many ( don't know why???) But he should at least know what message his meeting would convey.

I still give him the benefit of doubt that maybe he just went there unassumingly accepting the invite if the first lady as a mark of respect and nothing else.

Honestly, I don't think this is about Kangana.

What Aamir did is really inappropriate. Erdogan is a dictator hated by 3/4 of the world. Filming in the country is no issue - Turkey is beautiful and a great film location. But cozying up to people like the Erdogans helps to whitewash them and influences people to make them think they are normal.

There is no reason that he needed to do this. I can't even think of why he would. 🤢

The least he could and should have done is to inform the consulate/ embassy of this meet. Atleast that way the govt is aware about this.

This is also a blatant disrespect towards your govt when you go meet the first lady when on the other side, govt is at loggerheads with Erdogan, dictator chief of Turkey

He just felt alarmed.... It’s Kiran Rao who was scared... Scared to open the newspaper every day... Felt fear for her child, fear about the atmosphere around... So she must be delighted to move there
