Riddhima sat on the mandap,with her eyes fixed on the door. She was waiting for Vansh. She wasn't liking the presence of Kabir in the groom's place. The Panditji started to chant the mantras'. The Rai Singhania family also came on the invitation of Riddhima's father.
"Kahaan hai aap,Vansh? Agar aaj aap nahi aaye,toh main kuch aisa kar baithungi ki baad mein aap pachtayenge.." Riddhima's mind spoke.
She looked at Kabir,who smiled at her. She posed a fake smile and looked towards the door. She was losing her hope as every second passed by.
Rituals were half way done and suddenly,the light goes off. Everyone started to question the hospitality of Riddhima's parents'. Within a minute or so,the lights' came back and the rituals started again.
Riddhima's heart and hope,both broke at the same time. Tears formed in her eyes and she became a stone. She couldn't feel anything. She looked at the small bottle in her hand and wanted to gulp it and kill herself,but she thought about her Vansh.. Her love,her life.
Soon,the Gatbandhan and Pheras' were completed. Panditji asked the groom to put sindoor and tie the mangalsutra around her neck. She couldn't believe at the turn of events. She only knew what they meant for her because she wanted Vansh to make her wear them,only he had the right to do it.
The groom applied the sindoor and tied the mangalsutra around her neck. Everyone clapped and rained flower petals on them. Riddhima's father and mother could sense sadness in her.
The Panditji announced the completion of the wedding and can take the blessings of their elders. Both the newly weds' came down and took the blessings of their elders'.
Suddenly,out of nowhere,Kabir comes in,looking angry and frustrated. The guests,including the family members were shocked and gaping at Kabir like they have seen a ghost.
Riddhima was too shocked to react. She was in a daze. She didn't feel anything at that moment. She thanked Bhagwan for not letting Kabir marry her,but the question was whom did she get married with???
'Main yeh shaadi ko nahi maanta!!! Dhoka hua hai mere saath!! (Turning to Riddhima's parents') aap log kaise parents' ho ki koi aira gaira aake aapki beti se shaadi karliya aur aap aise hi dekhte reh gaye?"
"Sahi ladke se hi shaadi hua hai Riddhima ka!!" The groom replies with attitude and pride in his voice.
Riddhima turned to look and it was Vansh standing in the groom's attire. Her tears started flowing in happiness. Her Vansh kept her promise.
Riddhima's parents' and the Raisinghania family looked towards Vansh who approached towards Kabir. Anger was clearly visible in his face. Riddhima could see that he clenched his fists tightly and he only does that when his anger goes out of control.
"Koi aire gaire se shaadi nahi hui hai Riddhima ki!!! Vansh Raisinghania se shaadi huyi hai.. Jaante ho,Kabir!! Aaj pehli baar mujhe khudke decision par shaq hua thha ki main apni Riddhu ko apne aapse dur karke galti kar raha hu kyunki mujhe laga ke woh tumhare saath shaadi karke khush rahegi,par,main galat thha... Thank God,maine aen waqt pe aake electric glitch karwake dulhe ke adal badal kardi!!!"
Vansh revealed everything,starting from Kabir's misdeeds till how he swapped Kabir and sat on the groom's place. Everyone was shocked listening to the revelations.
As if this was not enough,Vansh gathered enough proofs against Kabir and his plans and showed them to all. Kabir was arrested by the Police and was about to be taken away,when Vansh came near him and said, "Pyaar karne ke daawa karte thhe aur itna khokla nikla tumhara pyaar!!! Uh uh!! Yeh pyaar nahi thha,junoon tha Riddhima ko paane ke!! Pyaar mein log kurbaan hojate hai,kurbaani dete hai!! Tumne kabhi sacche mann se Riddhima se pyaar kiya hi nahi hai,Kabir.. Kabhi nahi kar paye saccha pyaar!!"
Kabir was taken away by the Police.
Vansh came near his in-laws' and joined his hands and apologised for whatever he did with Riddhima,in the past.
"Jo galti ko mankar waqt rehte sudhaar lete hai,woh hi saccha insaan kehlata hai... Aapki aur Riddhima ki jodi sabse alag hai,aur isiliye pyaar bhi beshumar hai.. Khub khush raho aur akhand saubhagyavati raho tum dono." Riddhima's father blessed them wholeheartedly.
Riddhima turned to look at him. Vansh winked at her playfully,making her blush profusely. He took in his safe embrace and hugged her tightly.
"Aap aagaye Vansh.. Mujhe pata thha aap zaroor aayenge." Riddhima said with happiness evident in her voice.
Vansh smiled and felt proud of her faith and trust in him,and he will do anything to keep her happy and the trust intact.
Sia stayed back with Vansh and Riddhima as the elders went to prepare for Riddhima's Grahpravesh. Peals of laughter filled each nook and cranny of the house as the couple enjoyed playing some games.
Soon it was time for Riddhima's bidaai. She cried, hugging her parents. Vansh promised them that he will keep Riddhima happy and her father knew that their son-in-law or rather,son,will stay true to his words.
Riddhima and Vansh were welcomed grandly into the Raisinghania mansion. Daadi blessed them wholeheartedly and asked Sia and Chachi to take Riddhima into Vansh's room.
Riddhima sat in the middle of their bed. She looked at the decorations,which were lovely and simple,as Vansh liked. Jasmine scented candles were lit,making the atmosphere romantic.
"Main bohut khush hu tumhare liye,beta. Aakhir kar,Vansh ko apni khushi milgayi hai. Vansh ka saath dena humesha. He needs you a lot. Rishte mein Chachi hu par Maa se barhkar pyaar diya hai usse. Humesha khush rehna tum dono." Chachi blessed Riddhima and left the room.
Vansh came inside after giving Nekh to Sia,Ishani and Aryan. The sight infront of him made him inhale sharply. She looked so ethereal and beautiful in that bridal attire. He kept his Pagdi in the side table and locked the door and went near her.
He took off her veil slowly and looked at her with a loving gaze. She could feel him looking at her.
"Interesting... Very interesting!!" There he goes with his one liners,with his famous smirk.
Riddhima blushed lightly and hid her face in her palms. He smiled at her antics.
He went near her and started to open each jewellery piece,with her permission. He placed a wet kiss on every spot. She knew what was coming and allowed him to do so. She held his strong biceps for support.
She was losing herself in his touches. It was creating some magic inside her. His touch were medicine to her soul. She looked at Vansh,cupping his face ever so softly and asked him to complete her,in all sense.
"Are you sure,Riddhima? Agar tum chaho tum time le sakti ho,i wont mind. Waise,humare paas waqt bohut hai... Tumhe hurt karna nahi chahta hu.. " Vansh replied.
"Mujhe bass aapki hoke rehna hai.. Aap mujhe pura kardijiye,Vansh.. Mujhse aur akela nahi raha jayega." Riddhima replied,in tears.
"Vansh sirf tumhara hai aur tumhara hi rahega.." He assured her and both of drowned in the pool of love.
Riddhima and Vansh made love and completed each other,in true sense. She was lucky to have him as her husband. She looked at him,who was resting his head over her chest.. She placed a soft kiss on his forehead,grazed his hair and hugged him tightly,promising to not leave him ever.
