You forgot that Sonam's mom and his mom are cousins .His father is one of the biggest and richest builder in this country. He is a typical smooth spoken SOBO boy.

He doesn't have to prove he is an insider. That's already known by most that he is related to Sonam's family, attended their birthday parties, and partied with Arjun.

But meeting celebs have nothing to do with being an insider. I've met SRK twice and have photos with him. Met Madhuri as well. And I have got absolutely zero connection to the film industry.
