Traders by no means have it easy. It’s fixed hours but it’s no 9-5. It’s bloody intense. The amount of them popping pills just to get by the day is mental. I really want companies to start normalising healthy work hours. Every single one of these big companies will talk about mental health, host coffee sessions, get experts to come in and talk to staff but they’ll do nothing about making the workplace a better place, improving hours, workload etc.

I don't have much idea about gold bond schemes.

But maybe you can invest in some banks that are backed by RBI. I think HDFC,SBI and ICICI are the safest options available these days.
