Wow Anupam Kher is such an asshat! And he pretends to be so woke. All these “woke” Bollywood celebs are the worst starting with that pair of hypocrites Javed and Shabana

Rekha was at the receiving end of the patriarchal society.Her life,her journey to stardom is obvious.

I don't think she came out of it entirely. She s still seen as femme fatale. The rumours of her affair with Amitabh and the reputation of Southern actresses as home wreckers dont help either. She did fight back in a calm way but like somebody pointed out had she been young today the internet would have made it terrible for her.

I had heard something about Mukesh killing himself because he found out about her lesbian relationship with her secretary. Hard to dismiss that one for obvious reasons.

I dont think Rekha wears sindoor for Amitabh. Maybe she had a thing for him back then but she is too smart to be still pining for a pompous ass like him. The way he seeks attention online is just embarassing( Dont come at me with what a legend he is etc. 'Legends' seek attention too if you havent noticed ) Anyway the sindoor looks good on her.

I always thought she wears sindoor because she likes it, most married women I know don't wear sindoor anymore, it is a cosmetic product, one should be allowed to wear it if she likes and one shouldn't be forced if she doesn't like it.
