Plus, given how Abir reacts when BP/BM says 'hum mishti ko ghar lene chahte hain'; he cannot stay half a day without her (when she is recovering from PTSD). So there is no way, Mishbir will separate when Mishti is pregnant. Abir would never ever do that. He is already so guilty for leaving her that awful night.

Parent show mein bhi aisa hai. kuch dinon ki khushi and then again rona dhona, this is DKP trademark, so they will show some days of happiness, everyone excited and happy abt Mishbir baby then miscarriage or brain tumor and everyone crying again 🤔
