So why you think Sadak2 trailer is getting so many dislikes?

So what are your reasons?

(A) nepotism: although it can be a factor, but the recent support in the trailers of Class of 1983 and Breathe 2, I mean Bobby Deol and Abhishek Bachchan, shows that it isn't really all about nepotism. It is about who is the beneficiary, rather than the concept of nepotism itself.

(B)Alia Bhatt: She is quite possibly the biggest factor. Because when she posted the condolences post, after SSR's demise, she was immediately criticised for being fake, as her videos of "Kill Sushant" in the Kill, Date, Hook Up game, and also the articles of how she rejected Raabta were thrown around and also Sonam's "Sushant who?" was circulated as Alia's comment. And this really put Alia in the bad light. Obviously there is also the sizeable amount of people who are thinking this was due to Alia living in her own created bubble, but not many know of that people, so majority are angry with her due to illtreatment of SSR hy Industry where her name got circulated the most among female stars. And being Kjo's mentee and Mahesh Bhatt's daughter didn't helped either.

(C) Mahesh Bhatt: There are three types of people in this scenario. One who think he was involved in the "murder" or "abetting suicide", by being accomplice of Rhea or even the mastermind, this is the majority.

Another who think, he may not be involved in SSR's death, but his attention seeking by comparing SSR's case with Pravin Babi, is disgusting and Mahesh Bhatt should be bashed anyways.

And lastly, small number but vocal enough to get my notice: are those who are disgusted by his photos with Jiah and Rhea, has creeped them out.

(D) Sadak 2 trailer itself is crap, so people have nothing to praise it for, hence there is so less likes count. People can't support shit, and Alia is no Salman Khan.

(E) People are free, have been trending to target Sadak 2 since day one. So for many it is just another task in internet, and we have seen many such internet tasks during the lockdown

Whether it is Modiji's thali bajana or diya jalana, or Tiktok vs Youtube or downgrading Tiktok's rating. People are jumping in every bandwagon, and since Sadak 2 has biggest target. Just like durinf Youtube vs Tiktok, it was mostly Team Nawab's videos got the most dislikes due to direct involvement of their member Aamir Siddique.

(F) Many do feel that disliking this, is in a way there way of giving some justice to SSR.

Also I don't get the "disliking Sadak2 is only giving it more attention and ad money". Firstly the video was uploaded by Foxstars, and not some chindi YouTuber, that getting ad money will be a positive for them. And as for attention, while every publicity is good publicity, but Alia and co don't need this publicity, they are not some unknown chindis like Amir Siddique, that this will give them more publicity, they are already household names, this will infact ruin their name.

See I have always been a firm believer that, good and entertaining content always win, so it is not exactly an end of the road for anyone, if they can give a better product in future, but for the time being, this is the lowest low for everyone involved(maybe not Sanjay, he has seem worse scenarios).

Because it is a Mahesh Bhatt movie . The viral pictures with Rhea and Mahesh Bhatt did the most damage .

Mahesh Bhatt movie, starring poster child of nepotism coming out right after SSR's case heating up.

I mean public was blamed for sarr pe chadaaoing star kids. Now public is outraged and shit 2 is the perfect target by all means.

For me, it's purely Mahesh Bhatt. As a sideway, Alia is getting impacted too, but so is ARK or Sanjay Dutt who's just been diagnosed with Cancer. I do feel bad for all 3 of them. But my repulsion towards Bhatt has grown SO big post SSR that I cannot help but like this backlash.

Parveen Babi was my most fav actress during her times, followed by only Jaya. I absolutely HATED how Mahesh would keep mentioning her and even made a movie on the entire fiasco, when we don't have anyone defending her or placing her side of the story. 🤢 Bhatt should stop talking about deceased actors because no one is interested in his opinion. I wish he comes live in some SM platform so that I can do the honor of bashing him on his face.

What is one person in front of a well oiled machinery used to help mint crores of rupees via public's love of cinema? They have just a Dislike button and a few tweets/posts at their disposal.

I still think, despite the involvement of politics, regionalism, feminism, nepotism, etc. etc. this primarily started at the grass root level, and sprung straight from many maayoos hearts. 💔

I doubt Baba, ARK, or anyone else would even feel bad. Its a well accepted fact, which everyone already knows, that the Bhatts are the target. Nisandeh.
