Even i feel ani won't be angry or shocked about it.. he assumed her to be literate as he thinks she had written the letter of conditions before marriage.. he can be surprised after knowing the reality, but not big of a deal to bicker about.

Knowing that in early 20th cantury era being illiterate was a very common thing n for females it was even greater deal to be able to read!

He shall get the reality of his responsibility towards boni n society more after this incident 👍🏼
