Anirudh broke my heart

Anirudh broke my heart today💔 and brought me to tears. He is playing with the lives of two girls. It looks like what Binoy said was true, he used Bondita as a puppet just to win the challenge. He needs Bondita only to satisfy his ego that he is doing something to change the society for "the better" and to give the middle finger to the Britisher who called him a coward, while side by side he flirts with his childhood "love" and won't even let her move on.

He talks about double standards in the society, while he himself used the "Patni" word to exercise his "Right" over Bondita infront of her Mother, and then conveniently changed the word to "Zimmedari" to exercise his rights over Mini and absolve himself of the guilt of emotionally cheating on Bondita? Infact, he is cheating both girls. I am so disappointed with Anirudh.

P.S. I just hope I am wrong and there is some genuine reason behind Anirudh's behaviour. But NO...Denial, Uncertainty, too Young to understand the gravity of marriage etc are no reasons to justify such behaviour.

Doesn't Mini deserve the respect of being someone's Bahu?(I dislike Mini, but thinking from her point of view, she is the one who lost everything and now Anirudh is obviously giving her mixed signals and hope. Can you blame her?)
Doesn't Bondita deserve the respect of being a Wife and not remaining a Zimmedari forever?
Didn't Anirudh himself say "Anyay mujhe bardash nahin"? Then why is he doing anyay towards both the girls?

I am too shattered to even think anymore. My poor Bondita 😭

Aniruddh was completely a different person in the last few mins.. His dialogues to mini was totally cringeworthly. Disappointed is only the word best suited for him today. I'm still not able to digest the fact how he took a u turn suddenly. That patni hai meri, tumse badkar hai kya chunoti mere liye, tumhara pati babu, unki bondita all goes in vain. And Why the hell he was giving a smile when bon maa was saying that ki ab tuje inhe ke saath rehna hai at all?? What was that?? What he was thinking at the time?? How can he change his statements so quick😡

He wants to be a saint in eyes of all, that's why he smiles when evryone praised him. I am sorry but, he is hypocrite. This is not expected from a person who wants to change society.

I had stopped watching barrister babu and just now today read the written updates. I don’t know much of what happened 2 -3 weeks ago so do tell me if my judgement towards the characters and show is a bit wrong. And also written updates aren’t exactly like the shows dialogues so.

When I read the written update, one thing I noticed is Bondita’s changed dialogues. It didn’t sound like Bondita to me, there’s no way the old Bondita would have thought Ani as her Bhagwan. It just didn’t feel like bondita.

About Ani, before I used to think that he cared for Bondi but now I am not so sure. I dont know why Ani is doing this. Is it some sort of his plan to reveal Mini’s true face or something. Idk but I am disappointed. Not because he called Bondi his responsibility but because he is giving signal towards Mini that he still loves her. I was very okay with him letting her flirt with him because he wasnt doing anything back but this. I can’t can’t handle this.

One thing I do wanna say is that please don’t expect Ani to accept Bondi as a wife RIGHT NOW. It’s way to soon for that. As of now, there should only be friend and Teacher-Student bond between them. If he actually says to people that he accepts her as a wife then they might also think of the physical relation between husband and wife. Bondi would be judged for not having a kid after years of marriage and would be considered bhanj. Then the family would of course force him for a second marriage. It’s better to just make everything clear to everyone instead of dealing with the problems later.

But then, maybe I am just thinking wrong.

Don't be disheartened guys.. he will soon b in right state of mind.. i guess it takes time for ppl to accept n settle with reality.. ani is also a human n its normal n common to err.. please give him some bandwidth for this😊 no one is perfect.. the pain n initiatives he has taken can not b taken by everyone.. he is trying his best n will learn n improve with time as well. N also its not been too long since he got married, once this fact settles down he would definitely stop saying things which ends up hurting you all..

N also as it has been shown that he had feelings for mini before being married in a snap with a stranger, it will take time for anyone to dump away those feelings n move on.. only we know minni's true colours but not him.. also i feel he only care n interacts with mini as a close friend now..

I hope of not hurting anyone with my views but have faith in him.. he will definitely change for good😎

In fact m even okay if they do not show them as partners after leap.. but ani would definitely have fulfilled his promise of supporting boni n polishing her raw talent to be a fine gem amongst all.😊 boni wil turn out to be a very distinguished person all with ani's support.. which is what the story is all about..

@red Exactly. I mean you can't hold onto both. You have to let one go. And I always thought Anirudh was a man of high morals and ethics. You can't expect to have both but not give them the dignity they deserve. He wants his legal Bondita for his social purpose but not as his wife. He wants to keep Mini around but can't give her the dignity of a wife. He is hurting the future of both the girls.

That's totally fine as morally also it is not right. But saying dialogues like There is no relationship of husband and wife between me and Bondita and nor will there ever be. How can he decide Bondita's future like that? Isn't he thinking only about himself? What about Bondita's future? He might as well have just let her go with her Mother.

I didn’t watch the episode so i don’t know exactly how he said that but if he said it in the way that I am imagining , I don’t think he was deciding her future. He was just going by the situation. I mean looking at it rn, there is not much chance that he or she will ever have a normal husband-wife relationship. So I guess that’s what he meant. But I am not sure though.

True! I get what you are trying to say. There is not much chance of them having a normal husband-wife relationship, and by that I mean emotionally at this point. I don't know whether I am being too harsh on Anirudh, but that dialogue coupled with the dialogues to Mini like You are my Mini, Does anyone else have the right to call you Mini etc etc....I don't even remember that crap properly, it all gave me the feeling that Anirudh is trying to give Mini the message that You don't have to go anywhere, Bondita can never take your place in my life. I mean is it fair to either of them?

Same. I couldn't believe that the last few minutes Anirudh was the same guy from the 1st 10 mins who was crying tears of joy for helping Bondita solve her problem so that she needn't be ashamed ever again. Last few minutes Anirudh seemed more like an evil twin Anirudh.😕

I get what you are trying to say. Any maybe I am being too hash towards Anirudh too early. But what hurt me the most was his dialogues to Mini like, you are my Mini, only I have the right to call you Mini etc or whatever he was saying. And the final nail in the coffin was him telling that he and Bondita will never have a normal husband-wife relationship, now or ever. I don't know in what context he meant that, but by saying all these things to Mini he was literally hinting that she needed to stick around as Bondita could never take her place. To me it felt very unfair to either of the girls.

@bold After listening to Anirudh's yesterday's dialogues I am fine with that. But in the future if Bondita ever finds out about these views of Anirudh and decides to emotionally distance herself from him and maybe move on with someone else, he should not have the right to use the "Patni" card to hold on to her and pull her back.
