I guess this is why they didn't release the sadak 2 trailer today. Sanjay has stage 3 lung cancer, its one of the most aggressive forms of cancer, he'll be flying to USA for treatment

He posted a few hours ago. I don't think he wanted to give out his diagnosis but it seems the media has revealed it.
